With over 25 combined years of Clinical and Legal Nurse Consulting experience, Kristen manages all Legal Nurse Consultants and Client work products. By working with the specific needs of every Client in mind, Kristen uses her key attention to detail to ensure every LNC work product is completed timely and with the utmost quality and accuracy.

Kristen obtained her BS from Millersville University and worked as a clinical RN in ER and Trauma, Neurosurgical, and Burn ICU before becoming a Radiation and Medical Oncology Clinical Manager for a Regional Cancer Institute. After obtaining her Masters of Jurisprudence in Health Law from Widener Law School, Kristen worked as an LNC in Workers’ Compensation for 5 years before joining Expert Exams. Kristen has been a nationally certified LNC through AALNC since 2017.

With almost 10 years with the Expert Exams, Thea is integral to the company.

As the Manager of Operations, she effectively manages scheduling, finances, and a variety of other key functions that ensures the company’s daily operations function efficiently. Her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail have been instrumental in optimizing service delivery and operational efficiency. With a thorough comprehension of the complexities of the medical-legal industry, Thea consistently fosters a collaborative environment, supporting clients and her team. With a robust attorney background, Andrew adeptly advises on transactional and regulatory legal matters at Expert Exams. He also plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and strategic development. He collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, recruits doctors, handles compliance, enhances operational efficiencies, and implements initiatives that align with the company’s long-term vision. Andrew earned his JD from UCLA School of Law, and his MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, where he graduated one year early with honors. He earned his bachelor’s degree from UC San Diego in three years, graduating summa cum laude and winning the award for best honors thesis.
